E.Novikov. How to ensure the unity of measurements

The problems associated with state control over measuring instruments used
in chemical analysis inRussian Federation (RF) are discussed. It is concluded
that the current legislation in the area of
ensuring uniformity of measurements mismatches the aim of acquiring
high-quality analytical data.
